Welcome to Equine Clinic at OakenCroft Online Pharmacy. We invite our clients to create an account online in to purchase medications and supplies at a significant savings. By offering these items online we are able to realize significant costs savings (we have no costs adssociated with stocking, ordering, packing, billing, stock shrinkage) and pass those savings on to you. These prices are applicable to these online purchases. In some instances they may be available on products we have in inventory if you stop at the office and pay for them at the time of your purchase. They will not apply to the inventory we carry on our ambulatory vehicles.
Initially, it will take 24 hours to establish your account with the distributor we use. Items are generally shipped within 1-5 business days via economy rates. There is no cost of shipping added to your bill for any item. Call the office (518 767 2906 Monday-Friday, 8-5) if you need more urgent service and our office staff will be happy to help you. It most situations, it is not possible to accept returned items, especially if they are opened or have approached their expiration date. It is conceivable that there may be valid exceptions to this rule. If you have questions, again please call the office. This pharmacy site is primarily for the benefit of our regular clients. Many of the over the counter products would be available to everyone. However, in many cases Pharmacy Regulations dictate that a current and valid Doctor/Client/Patient relationship and/or a prescription be in place before we can authorize certain purchases.
